Tuesday evening, Andrea and I were watching Wheel of Fortune.
We're an old white couple in America. Of course we're watching Wheel of Fortune.
Anyway a puzzle is coming together and looks like someone might be in for an easy win.
OK, maybe not so easy.
Contestant Laura makes her guess to solve the puzzle.
“Another feather in your HAT.”
There are some immediate flaws in this strategy.
"H" and "T" have already been spoken for so it can't be hat.
After some unlucky breaks for the other 2 contestants, Fortunia's Wheel has come 'round to Laura to make another guess.
“Another feather in your LAP.”
Uh.....
No.
More bad breaks for the other two contestants and the game has come around to Laura again.
“Another feather in your MAP.”
What in the unholy fuck?
Andrea and I are both falling over laughing while yelling at the TV, "ANOTHER FEATHER IN YOUR CAP!"
"ANOTHER FEATHER IN YOUR CAP!"
"ANOTHER FEATHER IN YOUR CAP!"
Finally one of other guys gets a lucky break and solves the damn puzzle.
“Another feather in your CAP.”
