So the list of indictments against Donald Trump grew a bit longer yesterday and it relates to the big one we've been waiting for.
On January 6th, 2021, Donald Trump gazed transfixed at Fox News watching the chaos unleashed in his name devastate our nation's capitol. As rioters stormed the Capitol, Li'l Donnie ignored calls and pleas to tell the rioters to stand down and back off. Why would he when they were doing exactly what he wanted?
He looked upon the chaos he helped create and considered it good.
Yesterday, special counsel Jack Smith presented 4 indictments that seek to finally hold Trump accountable for that day and how it came to be.
It's not just Trump's bellicose speech to his gathered followers urging to go to the Capitol and fight like hell but all that was done to prime the pump of fear, anger and doubt that brought those followers to Washington on that day in January.
It also about the sneaky shenanigans going on behind the scenes with schemes to send fake electors to turn the election away from Biden and towards Trump.
Trump was up to a lot of shit on that day and the days leading up to it and the Department of Justice is finally ready to hold him accountable for it.
And Jack Smith is only just getting started.
