Perhaps you've heard that election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss are suing Rudy Giuliani for defamation in the wake of spreading lies they were involved in fraud to steal the 2020 election away from Donald Trump in favor of Joe Biden.
And you might think, Gee, Dave-El, that's OLD news! It was ruled weeks ago that Giuliani was guilty of defamation in his untrue statements about the 2 Georgia election workers and on top of that, a jury decided that he was on the hook for $148 million in damages.
Well, you're right. THAT is old news.
But to borrow a phrase from comedian Ron White, Rudy Giuliani has the right to remain silent... but not the ability.
Even as a jury was holding his financial fate in his hands, Rudy Giuliani was still telling anyone who would listen that everything he said about Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss was true.
Everything that already been ruled as a lie and therefore was defamation, ALL of that Rudy still was saying out loud it was true.
Which constitutes a whole fresh round of defamation.
If anyone thought Rudy Giuliani would straighten the fuck up after paying the legal price in a court of law for his lying and overall fuckery in service to Donald Trump...
Well...
Rudy's lord and master Donald Trump did the same god damn thing earlier this year when he was found guilty of defaming E. Jean Carroll who accused of him sexually assaulting her.
He was found guilty, incurred a large financial penalty and was on TV the same damn fucking day still talking shit about E. Jean Carroll.
Guess who's taking Li'l Donnie's fat ass back to court?
If you thought facing judgement in a court of law would do anything to change Donald Trump's behavior, well....
We're still on the cusp of a judgement in the Trump fraud case.
Remember, Trump and his organization has already been found guilty of fraud. The most recent proceedings were to determine the penalties to be levied as punishment for that fraud.
The finale of that proceeding is forthcoming at the start of the year and if anyone thinks this will change Donald Trump's behavior or actually effectively punish him any way, I think we're gonna be...
Then there are the 4 indictments and the 91 federal criminal charges to come.
Trump is doing everything possible to delay, delay, delay.
He hopes he can get elected President again and can pardon himself from all this shit if he can put it off long enough.
He wants to make sure as far as these trials are going, we are...
And even if they all go off as planned and as scheduled, will it really change anything? Never mind with Li'l Donnie himself but with the electorate that is so mind-numbingly devoted to his cult like status. Every set back Trump or his sniveling sycophants experiences seems to embolden and strengthen their devotion.
If we still think that even a conviction in a criminal court will stop either Trump or his brainwashed cult, I fear we will be...
Yeah, still waiting.
