Weight Time

Last week, there was an event in the White House Oval Office to announce some kind of deal with drug manufacturers to reduce the price of what Donald Trump called "the fat shot drug".

During the presentation, a drug company representative fainted and everyone rushed to his aid.

Well...

With one notable exception.

Donald Trump just stood there.

Staring straight ahead.

Well, that's not a good look.

It looks like Li'l Donnie doesn't care about what's happening over there with that guy.

Is that guy OK?

Is he dead?

How about some compassion, Donald?

Hell, I would settle for even a little morbid curiosity.

Anyway, that guy is OK although we have no information on why he fainted.

Well, who cares? The whole incident drew focus away from what's important, Donald Trump.

Anyway, regarding this drug deal.  

The deal for "the fat shot drug" will not benefit me. As I understand it, the deal is mostly for entry level doses of this medication and is for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

I suppose I should provide an update on my progress with this medication.  

My A1C is now at 7.1 which is better than it was when I started this medication in March.

Also since March, I have lost 63 pounds which is I'm told is a big deal.  

I would like to get that number closer to 100 by March 2026. 

Hey, Donald, what do you think about that?

Nothing? No "doing a great job"?

Just gonna stand there, eh?

Anyway...

Healthcare has taken up a lot of my time and attention since my physical at the beginning of October. Since that appointment, my doctor has sent me to various specialists to make sure I'm OK. 

• Cardiovascular 
• Podiatrist
• Urologist

Good news! My feet are fine and are not going to fall off due to diabetes.

And my prostate is fine. The urologist reached up my ass and felt of it and pronounced it in good shape.

What about that, Donnie?

Still nothing.

I think he might be asleep.

Last week I had a consult with a doctor to do a colonoscopy.  

And I'm going to get one.

January 9th is my lucky day.

I am concerned with the medical profession's obsession with anal probing.

So a colonoscopy, huh?

Well, it's all material for the blog.

Better than writing about what Donald Trumpo is up to.
