Sadly (and almost inevitably) here we go again.
A teenage gunman opened fire at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, CA early this morning, killing two students and wounding three others, before shooting himself in the head.
Three other students — two girls, 14 and 15, and a 14-year-old boy — were also shot in the school's quad before classes began.
Politicians and pundits will drag out their thoughts and prayers.
Maybe we can get a moment before the next one.
And there will be a next one.
It is inevitable.
It shouldn't be.
It doesn't have to be.
But that's life and death in America these days.
