I don’t want to be like the Germans we look back on in the 1930’s and wonder why did they let a totalitarian take over everything!
What if some historian a hundred years from now pouring over digital records to research exactly how and why the United States of America came to it’s inglorious end comes across this blog and ponders “Gee, this guy watched a LOT of TV! Did he not realize that totalitarianism was taking over/HAD taken over?”
Am I too caught up in the endless mind numbing reruns of Big Bang Theory to notice my rights and freedoms being slowly stripped away?

Trump and his cronies attacking lawyers who stood against Li'l Donnie.
Attacking universities who dare to think maybe institutions of higher learning belong to more than just the well heeled children of white male landowners.
Striking back at journalists who have the temerity to ask questions and expect the answers to be truth.
Erasing the contributions of minorities from history.
It's all right out of the Adolf Hitler playbook.
Yes, I can see it all happening.
