Jesse Welles was born Jesse Allen Breckenridge Wells on November 22, 1992 in Ozark, Arkanasas. He began playing guitar at age 11 and recording songs as a teenager.
Jesses says he is influence by writers like Walt Whitman, Herman Melville, Cormac McCarthy, and Mark Twain.
