Hypocrite in Chief

Donald Trump showed us once again why he is the Hypocrite in Chief. 

 

On Tuesday morning, Trump retweeted a Fox News report about U.S. spy satellites detecting North Korean missile movements.

 

The report was based on anonymous sources.

And was based on leaked classified information.

 

Trump’s retweet occurred mere days after Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats announced stepped-up efforts against government leaks that Sessions said were undermining "the ability of our government to protect this country."

 

"I have this warning for would-be leakers: Don't do it!" Sessions said on Friday.

 

The Fox report that was retweeted by the president to his more than 35 million Twitter followers included quotations from officials who requested anonymity to discuss sensitive information.

 

Trump has repeatedly whined when articles are based on leaks that are damaging to him or his White House.

 

Li’l Donnie has also derided news organizations for using anonymous sources, saying those sources don't exist and even proposing that the use of such sources be barred. "They shouldn't be allowed to use sources unless they use somebody's name," the president said during a speech in February to the Conservative Political Action Conference. "Let their name be put out there."

 

Again, let me reiterate, the report Trump re-tweeted about: 

 

Based on anonymous sources.

Based on leaked classified information.

 

It was a report that Trump’s U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, could not support. Haley said she couldn't comment on classified information, but said, "if that's in the newspaper, that's a shame."

 

Haley has more respect for classified information than her boss.

 

Of course, Li’l Donnie has a history of blabbing stuff he has no business to be blabbing about.

 

Most of this man baby’s gripes about leaks is more aligned with his gripes about gossip that reflects his gross incompetence. When it comes to government leaks that undermine "the ability of our government to protect this country”, Trump has zero fucks to give about that. His only concern when it comes to leaks is his only conrrn when it comes to anything: how does it make Trump look?  As long as it doesn’t make Trump look bad, Li’l Donnie doesn’t give a shit about "the ability of our government to protect this country”.

 

All this dumb fuck man baby cares about is “"the ability to protect his ego”.
