Brett Kavanaugh’s Shield of Virginity

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s defense  against “allegations of sexual assaul” is…. Virginity?

So Brett went on TV (Fox News, of course).

Here’s the wind up: “I have never sexually assaulted anyone.”

And here is the pitch.   “I did not have sexual intercourse, or anything close to sexual intercourse, in high school or many years thereafter.”

Wait! What?

Neither of the allegations made against Brett Kavanaugh have anything to do with sexual intercourse.

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford says that that Kavanaugh pinned her down, groped her and attempted to take off her clothes during a party. She contends that he was drunk at the time and that he only stopped after a classmate threw himself on top of them, giving her a chance to run away.

Deborah Ramirez accused Kavanaugh of exposing himself and thrusting his penis at her face when they were both college students at Yale during the 1983-1984 school year.

Neither allegation involves Brett Kavanaugh sticking his dick in anyone’s vagina or other bodily orifice.

So does Brett Kavanaugh think that sex is only the act of sticking his dick in a vagina. No wonder his wife looks bored.

Sorry, that was a low blow but c’mon.  Does Kavanaugh have such a narrow view of what constitutes sexual assault?  If so, then maybe he sincerely believes he is innocent of sexual assault? Maybe the rest of the old white male GOP in the Senate feel the same way?

SENATE REPUBLICANS VOTE TO CONFIRM BRETT KAVANAUGH TO THE SUPREME COURT.

Sen. Grassley: “Hey, he didn’t actually stick his dick into those women.
So no big deal, right?”

Kavanaugh has also pointed to a letter signed by 65 women he has known for decades attesting that the judge has always treated them with “decency and respect.” Which means fuck all when it comes to what Kavanaugh reportedly did to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez.

You know, I bet you can find 65 women who will attest that Ted Bundy treated them with “decency and respect.” Yeah, Ted Bundy raped and murdered a lot of women but there were so many more he didn’t rape and murder. Shouldn’t that count for something?

If  Brett Kavanaugh thinks his virginity is a shield against pinning a woman down, groping her, stifling her screams, his complete lack of understanding of the shit a woman has to put up with defies analysis. And this man wants a seat on the highest court of the land where he will make rulings that will affect the rights of women for decades come.  If Brett Kavanaugh believes he is innocent of sexual assault by the crude calculus that he didn’t actually stick is dick in her, this man has no place on a judges bench at a county fair pickle contest, let alone the Supreme Court.

Being a virgin is not a defense being accused of waving your dick in someone’s face. But hey, he didn't stick his dick in her mouth so we're OK here, right?

Like a virgin (OOH!), lying for the millionth time.
Like a virgin, there’s no intercourse, so there’s no crime!
