Doctor Who: Meanwhile and Elsewhere (aka Not Cybermania)

Hey, guys! Really, really sorry but I don't have the 3rd installment of my Doctor Who fan fiction script, Cybermania, ready to roll. Seriously, I got to about 2/3's completed but just plain ran out of time.

Plus, computer issues.

Anyway, here are some links to other places around the web with news about Doctor Who.

BBC Worldwide and Mr. Men publishers Sanrio Global have teamed up to create a series of Mr.  Men books based on each of the 12 Doctors. To be honest, I have no idea what "Mr. Men" is but apparently this is a big deal?

The man who brought the 11th Doctor to life takes on the story of a man behind the throne. Matt Smith is portraying Prince Philip  as a roisterer who stays out all night after his wife, Princess Elizabeth, becomes Queen. This will all come to light when Netflix releases it's latest series, The Crown.

While Doctor Who is a most decidedly British institution, the Doctor has had some adventures on American soil. Click here for my previous post on that subject.  And now the latest 'Doctor Who' book is all about the Doctor's adventures in America.

Finally, if you missed the Doctor Who Panel at New York Comic-Con 2016, you can still catch actors Peter Capaldi and Pearl Mackie and producers Steven Moffatt and Brian Menchin by clicking the link below:

And that’s what I’ve got for today. If links are not active when you get to this post, I apologize and you can have your money back. Oh yeah, that’s right, you don’t pay to get in here.

Anyway, next Sunday is Episode Three of Cybermania as the Doctor and River go in pursuit of Mr. Clever who has special plans for the Cybermen. Oh, and everything else.

Until next time, remember to be good to one another.
